A free-membership network and new hotline give Arizona pastors, counselors, and families one place to turn for faith-based recovery help
PHOENIX, Nov. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Christian Recovery Network AZ has launched to connect Christian leaders, counselors, trusted recovery providers, individuals, and families with addiction and mental health resources across Arizona. Founded by Tim Hayden and Jennifer Evans, the network's mission is to create a connected pathway to recovery and help people find the right care, support, and hope.
The network is a free-membership directory and networking group of Christian recovery resources. Members are vetted through an application and a signed statement of faith. Listed resources include detox, residential, outpatient and virtual programs, counseling, support groups, and options for people with or without insurance. Jenerosity Foundation is a partner of the network.
AnchorPoint and Holdfast Recovery, two Christ-centered treatment providers based in Prescott, Arizona, are proud sponsors of Christian Recovery Network AZ. Their sponsorship helps ensure the network remains a free resource for churches, pastors, counselors, individuals, and families throughout the Christian community.
The network marked its launch on Oct. 7 with an event at Topgolf Scottsdale, where Rustin Rossello, Senior Pastor at Scottsdale Bible Church, gave the keynote. One email invitation drew over 100 registrations, further validating the demand for the network. A two-minute video from the launch is available by the link.
"Pastors kept telling us the same thing. Someone in their church needed help, and they did not know where to send them. This network gives them a trusted next step," comments Tim Hayden.
Jennifer Evans adds: "I know how hard it is to ask for help, and how much harder it is to know where to go. No family in Arizona should have to search alone."
The Christian Recovery Network AZ Hotline, (602) 858-2908, follows an Assess, Connect, Refer model. A recovery placement liaison first listens to understand the caller's situation and the level of care needed. The liaison then connects the caller with appropriate resources in the network and makes a personal referral. The hotline is open 7 days/week 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The network will offer Assess & Refer trainings for pastors, Christian counselors, and ministry leaders, starting in November 2026. Each session covers how to identify addiction and mental health concerns and how to make appropriate referrals. Churches and organizations can request training by calling the Christian Recovery Network AZ Hotline at (602) 858-2908.
Individuals and families can visit ChristianRecoveryNetwork.org or call the hotline. Christian providers, churches, and counselors can apply to join the network at no cost.
For emergencies, call 911. For suicide or mental health crisis support, call or text 988.
